"Hello, I wanted to send a quick note of thanks to your company...Last fall we purchased one of your leather sectionals through [the retailer]. Right from the initial purchase we were so impressed with the level of customer service your company displayed. We received some initial email correspondence checking on our order to make sure the sectional would fit our space, doorways, be the right colour etc. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the service person but she was very helpful, professional and pleasant. I was so surprised that your company would take the time to send such a message that I was really starting to get excited for our furniture to arrive. When it did arrive I was thrilled with the colour, style, comfort, everything was great! Shortly after we thought we should get a 'squeaking' noise checked out just to make sure there wasn't an issue with the frame that we couldn't see. The telephone customer service provided by Tyler Matlow was fantastic. He followed up with me almost daily and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Just recently we had an issue with some stitching coming apart and we were re-connected with Tyler. Again he went above and beyond to help us and I can't say enough positive things to friends no family about the service we have received. In the end a new sectional was delivered to us this morning and even the delivery service was excellent. Working in a manufacturing facility myself, I know that things happen and products don't always last as long as we wish, but it is all manageable if the after purchase customer service is handled well. Your company and employees are a great example for others to follow in this regard. Good job Abbyson and in particular Tyler!"

Yes, indeed , the week is starting off wonderful as I finally can cross off one "long-awaited" delivery of the Monte Carlo Collection PO#847003703566 replacement cushions and ottoman!!!!!! Yay!! I know this is music to your ears as well as mine!! It has been a long process but now it is finally at an end :) I am extremely HAPPY to report that all pieces in the replacement order are just perfect !!I I want to thank you and the Abbyson Furniture Company for your willingness to replace the flawed cushions and ottoman. It has been an extreme pleasure to work with you Linda and your team. You indeed are a valuable asset to your company and they are truly fortunate to have someone so patient and kind working for them! :) [The retailer] is a smart company to carry Abbyson Living Furniture as one of their vendors and I will be sure to pass this along to the proper people at [the store]!! I think it is probably safe to say we both will be delighted to delete all of the e-mails that have accumulated with this transaction ! LOL!

The new couch and love seat have been delivered and the old ones picked up. The new set looks beautiful and hopefully will not have the same issues. I would recommend buying furniture from Abbyson in the future as your customer service team was great to work with.

"Abbyson Living, I want to thank you for such a fine product. We did however have a small problem with the furniture. We contacted the company and got in contact with Tyler Matlow. Mr. Matlow took a lot of time trying to turn this problem into a pleasant experience, in which he did. He kept on checking to see what dates would work for us. He also would check after the repair was done to make sure the repair was done to our satisfaction. During this time we were on vacation and did not always return his calls. He never once was curt or disrespectful.
From the guy that came out to repair our furniture (Jaime), to the young lady that answered the phones, it was nothing but a pleasant experience. It's nice that in todays day and age there is a business like yours and professional people like the ones at Abbyson Furniture.
