FLAT RATE DELIVERY ON EVERY ORDER

From Our Warehouse to Your Home! We offer $95 Flat Rate Shipping on EVERY purchase, including heavy and oversize products, everywhere within the 48 contiguous states, except to P.O. boxes. Deliveries are made during daytime hours. Monday – Friday

In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 4-7 days.

Items ship from our warehouse and includes Delivery to the first available area in the home, such as the entryway or garage. The carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the Delivery.

White Glove Delivery (Sofas, Dining Tables, Beds)

Abbyson’s White Glove experience is a unique delivery service completed by our team of local delivery experts. This offering includes deluxe features such as in-home Delivery to the room of your choice, Delivery up to two flights of stairs, assembly of the product, and removal of packaging debris. White-Glove is recommended for large furniture pieces such as Sofas, Loveseats, Bed Sets, etc. The carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the Delivery. Available for most oversized items for an additional fee of $195.

It can be tough selecting the right color fabric. So, we offer complimentary swatches to help you with this critical decision. You can order a free swatch from any product page or by clicking here.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

For regular-priced items (non-Last Chance Items), we accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of your order. We will apply a 15% restocking fee for non-damage/ non-defective items. Our standard shipping fee of $95 or White glove upgrade fee of $195 cannot be refunded after a completed delivery. You may cancel your order any time prior to the product being shipped with no fees or penalties. For Last Chance items, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Please refer to our Refund policy for more information.

All refunds, full or partial, will be processed within 3-5 business days after the product has been picked up and is no longer in your possession. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and returns are subject to the policies set forth below.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

Items must be in usable condition to be eligible for return (for example: no stains, tears, or another soiling, including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Abbyson’s judgment of the state of the items. Abbyson reserves the right to refuse any returns. Missing an appointment for a return to be picked up from your address may incur a fee. Additionally, items moved from their original delivery location may not be eligible for return. Abbyson may request descriptions and images to determine the state of the items prior to accepting returns. Lastly, failure to comply with requests, or failure to complete the returns process, may result in Abbyson’s refusal of return.

CANCELLATIONS

If your order hasn’t shipped and you’ve had a change of heart, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase by contacting us at support@abbysonliving.com.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Abbyson stands behind the quality of our products and services we provide to our customers. Your concerns are very important to us, and we pride ourselves on making sure you are satisfied every time. If you have received a product that is either damaged or defective, please contact us – we ask that you report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your product. A Customer Experience Specialist will get in touch with you immediately.

EXCHANGES

Abbyson offers exchanges and replacements based on the nature of the issue. Additionally, we’re more than happy to help you order another product if your original order hasn't already shipped.

FINAL SALE

Please be aware that any product labeled as Last Chance or Final Sale is non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled and no future credits or additional discounts can be applied after the order is placed.. Furthermore, should any such item be refused or returned upon delivery, a restocking fee of 50% shall be applicable. In the interest of resolving any product concerns or issues, we encourage you to report them to Abbyson within 3 days of the delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the product being considered "received free and clear with no exceptions." Please note that all Outdoor Furniture Cover Sets and Battery Packs are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.

PRICE MATCHING

If we reduce the price of an item you have previously purchased on abbyson.com, we will be happy to match the price at your request within 14 days upon receipt of the item. Item must be the same color, size, and in stock. Simply contact us with your order number and the items you would like price-matched during the sale.

Price match cannot be applied to “final sale” items.
